Rural Holiday in  Traditional Estonian Style

With the charm of by-gone times we offer you our own farm in traditional style, renovated to meet modern demands but with the atmosphere preserved. The farmstead is located 12 kilometers from Põlva in South-Eastern Estonia. LOCATION

There is room for 5 people to sleep (One double bed and three single beds). There is a possibility of extra sleeping places. It has its own pond suitable for swimming in and is made up by several buildings, including a main building with modern kitchen and steam-sauna and traditional sauna by the pond. Throughout a genuine experience – isn’t that a form of luxury these days?

But please observe that you wash yourselves in the sauna as the Estonian tradition dictates with water that you get with a bucket from the pond and is heated in the sauna. If that is a little too extreme, there is also an electrical steam sauna with a shower.

In southern Estonia you find beautiful unspoilt nature with hills and many sights, for instance the Piusa sandstone caves and the Russian Orthodox villages by the Peipus lake. By the Peipus lake you also find the representatives of the Seto people who live by their own traditional culture and elect their own king each year.

Weekly prices 523 EUR in the off-season (from October 1 to April 30) and 950 EUR in the peak season (from May 1 to September 30).
