Rag rugs are the creation of real masters, entailing a soul and wholesome beauty. Manually woven rag rugs are not a usual floor covering – they cannot be compared with synthetic carpets or machine-woven mass production.

Thanks to the diverse choice of colours and materials of the makers, rag rugs are always unique, with intertwined fragrance of culture and continuity. Rugs create the feeling of home. A properly selected rug also unites the interior into an integral whole.

Rag rugs are made of cotton material, some with additional woollen or mixed material. The cotton raw material of the rugs prevailingly originates from the production residues of sewing companies. All rag rugs have been woven manually on looms. In comparison with industrially produced cheap rugs, the creation of handicraft masters is much more durable.
